The staff at this Holiday Inn were great, especially the breakfast staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast itself was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Unfortunately, the furniture in the lobby was stained and didn't look very nice. Additionally, the floor in our room had a blood or wine stain on it (see pictures). Overall, we had a good stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. However, the stained furniture in the lobby and the stain on the floor in our room were disappointing. Despite these issues, we would still recommend this Holiday Inn to others. The staff is great, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

We stay there 3 nights,it was great experience.Room was very clean Brakefast was also good. Also location wise it was very safe and clean area. Right front of Police headquarters.We felt very safe walking outside. I will recommend every one to stay there.

We were in town from Southern Ohio to attend an alumni event for my wife and her friend. This hotel was very convenient from the location of the event in Edison Park. The room was very nice, and the staff was welcoming. My wife's only complaint was that the toiletries were a bit limited. She was hoping for a disposable toothbrush and single-use toothpaste pouch that we've seen at other hotels (since we forgot to bring our travel dental care kits). Other than that, everything seemed nice for the price of the room. The breakfast was very nice, with pretty much every item you could think of (i.e. cereal, yogurt, bacon, omelettes, pancakes, cinnamon rolls and more!). If we ever find ourselves in northern Chicago we will definitely consider this hotel again!

The staff were nice and professional. The hotel is nicely updated. I couldn’t really hear my neighbors unless they were talking outside the room. (I was on the top floor). Enough parking space. Breakfast was good. Cleaning crew could be a little more diligent. Overall a good stay for me!

We've stayed at this hotel about 5-6 times now. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The included breakfast has a nice variety of choices and tastes good. The coffee is especially good. It's mostly been a stress-free experience making reservations and checking in. Love the free parking.
